Apologies for no replies to support/contact e-mails

We would like to apologies all our customers, who were not receiving any replies for their e-mails directed to contact or support. Due to serious OTRS problem, which we were not aware of, we did not see the most of the replies from customers. We do our best to write all the overdue replies. We do realise that for some of them it is already too late.
